Part of our Next Generation Aviation Professional Training Programme, AGL5 is a 3-day Airfield Lighting Control Monitoring Systems (ALCMS) and Individual Lamp Control and Monitoring Systems (ILCMS) systems training course.

AGL5 – ALCMS is targeted towards personnel who are involved in the specification, design, operation, and maintenance of AGL Control Systems. The course includes classroom sessions and where possible onsite practical sessions will also be included in the programme.

AGL5 is part of ATC ICAO Next Generation Aviation Professional development programme.

Practical Sessions

Where possible, courses conducted on a client’s site will have visits to view the ALCMS equipment incorporated into the course program. This will further re-enforce the teaching in the classroom sessions with the ability to visualise the equipment being discussed.

Having successfully completed all the modules for AGL5 delegates will receive an Airfield Training Company ‘ICAO ALCMS / ILCMS – NGAP Competency (AGL5)’ Certification.
